How long is processing and shipping? 

• Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders to be processed (This excludes holidays and weekends). Shipping is 1-5 days depending on your location. 

What is the return or exchange policy?

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product, and we will do our best to assist you.

How long will my bundles last?

• Raw Kollections units and bundles last over 3-4 years with proper care and treatment. We recommend co-washing the hair with non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners.

How do I care for my wig?

• We recommend washing your wig with sulfate-free products and deep conditioning it regularly. For longer-lasting wear, store your wig on a wig stand when not in use and avoid excessive heat styling.

Does this hair shed?

• Any hair that has been manufactured to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Minimum shedding meaning (the hair will be never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

How many bundles of hair do I need?

• We suggest Length 14"-16"Inches - You Need 2 bundles Or More, Lengths 18-24"Lengths You Need 3 bundles
 Or More, Lengths 26-30" You Need 4 bundles or More, and 30"- Up"-5 bundles or More.
